Smith & Smith Sausage with Honey & Greens

Crumbled Smith & Smith sausage
Patty pan squash, sliced or diced
Micro mustard greens
In a medium pan, sauté the sausage until cooked half way. Add the squash and cook thoroughly. Turn off the heat and fold in the spinach, add a small amount of honey. Season with salt and pepper and top with micro mustard greens.
