Market Recipe: Chicken Salad Collard Green Wrap

Featured Ingredients:
- 4-6 collard green leaves – @vrdnt.farm
- 1 bunch carrots – @luminariaacres
- 1 clamshell of sunflower sprouts – @bouldinfoodforest
- 1 pint smoky chicken salad – @three_six_general
Directions:
- Cut carrots into small matchstick pieces.
- Trim the stems off the ends of the collard green leaves.
- To assemble wraps: One by one, lay out each collard green leaf, spooning 3-4 tablespoons of chicken salad into the middle of the surface. Arrange the carrots and sunflower shoots to the side and tightly roll it together like a burrito.
- With a sharp knife, cut the wrap into bite size pieces or slice in half and eat straight away!
