Pickle Envy is owned and operated by best friends and long-time life partners Mae and Libby. Their mission is to provide Austin with the tastiest, funkiest, crunchiest pickles possible! They ferment their pickles and other vegetables using old world techniques. They source local, seasonal produce from small Central Texas farms, and let microbes do the work of turning cucumbers and other veggies into lip-smacking, thirst-quenching probiotic pickles.
