Habo’s East African Cuisine
Habo’s East African Cuisine is a Black-owned and operated family business, founded by Nemo Yusuf; a Somali-Ethiopian businesswoman. Raised in Nazareth, Ethiopia, Nemo immigrated to the United States in the late ’90s and devoted herself to preserving her cultural heritage by connecting her four children and the wider community to their roots through the culinary arts. Nemo has a history of running a food truck and currently operates a catering business.
Habo’s offers a diverse array of East African-inspired sambusas, sandwiches, and other fried delicacies! The ingredients are locally sourced from farmers available here at TFM, ensuring freshness and each item being handcrafted with care and passion.
