Chef Adam Yauk, started his culinary adventure by graduating culinary school with honors in Austin, Texas. He then worked on the river walk at several 4-star restaurants in San Antonio where he learned to cook authentic Latin style fare and earned the nickname “Flaco” because of his thin stature. 20 years later he got the idea to go into business for himself after creating the prefect salsa recipe which is now our award winning Original salsa! Adam is also the creator of Wicked Provisions, Chef Flaco’s gourmet small batch hot sauce line.
Chef Adam is passionate about giving back to the recovery community, having recovered from substance abuse in 2013. A portion of profits from every purchase of Wicked Provisions products is donated to Shatter Proof; a non-profit charity dedicated to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.
