Every Wednesday, come move and breath through a slow flow with Jess. This relaxing 60-minute class is beginner friendly, with a focus on embodiment and building strength through proper alignment and conscious muscle engagement. Jess believes yoga is for every body and is passionate about making it accessible to all. In her classes, she aims and encourages us all to keep it real, do our best, be good to ourselves and others. Yoga is on the Lawn, just southwest of the Hangar and market tents. There is shade and a cool breeze which makes for a lovely practice space even during peak summer heat.
