Yoga in the Hangar w/ Stretch

Stretch the body to clear the mind! Join us for a 60-minute yoga class with movement, breath work and meditation. In this all levels class, led by Stretch Yoga, we will focus on building strength through proper alignment and conscious muscle engagement. Bring your own mat, water and any props desiredClass is by donation. Stretch is a boutique yoga studio located in East Austin. They provide yoga that is accessible, uplifting, and transformational for all. Through movement, breath, and a little extra love from their teachers, they are dedicated to helping you achieve your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness goals. $10 suggested donation.
