Come one, come all for a 60-minute yoga class with movement, breath work and meditation. In this all levels class, led by Maggie of Stretch Yoga, we will focus on building strength through proper alignment and conscious muscle engagement. Bring your own mat, water and any props desired. Class is by donation. Maggie Molleur is a playful, kind yoga teacher from Stretch Yoga Studio. Her classes are known for being introspective, as well as exploratory of the body and mind. Her goal is for each class to feel like doing yoga in the living room with your friends. Stretch is a boutique yoga studio located in East Austin. They provide yoga that is accessible, uplifting, and transformational for all. Through movement, breath, and a little extra love from their teachers, they are dedicated to helping you achieve your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness goals.
