Join Kelsey for a mindful Hatha style yoga class. We will focus on alignment and awareness of the breath and body. All levels welcome!! Kelsey will offer modifications and challenges for those who want it. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. A towel and water bottle is recommended. $10 suggested donation.
About Kelsey Kosmala: Kelsey is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor. She has studied in Costa Rica and India and has a passion for travel and culture. She teaches many different styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa, Restorative and Ariel Yoga. She teaches at Define Body and Mind Sola and Soma Vida Co-Working space. She is very passionate about what she does and enjoys it very much.
