Come one, come all for a 60-minute slow flow class with movement, breath work and meditation. In this all levels class, led by Jess, we will focus on building strength through proper alignment and conscious muscle engagement. Bring your own mat, water and any props desired. Contributions are welcome, $10 maximum.
Jess believes yoga is for every body and she strives to help people reach their greatest potential, on and off the mat. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of the practice by highlighting tools and techniques that can be used absolutely anywhere. Her themed classes integrate philosophical, anatomical and real life concepts with an emphasis on building resiliency and cultivating compassion for ourselves and others. When she’s not sharing her love of yoga she enjoys spending time in nature, hanging with her catahoula leopard dog and traveling the world.
