Stretch the body to clear the mind! Join us for a 60-minute yoga class with movement, breath work and meditation with Dana Romero from Stretch Yoga Studio. Class is by donation. Stretch is a boutique yoga studio located in East Austin. They provide yoga that is accessible, uplifting, and transformational for all. Through movement, breath, and a little extra love from their teachers, they are dedicated to helping you achieve your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness goals. $10 suggested donation.
Dana began practicing Yoga in 2013 and fell in love with the wholesomeness of the practice. She focused on Vinyasa flows during her 200 Hour Teacher Training but also enjoys Hatha, Kundalini and Restorative Yoga. Her favorite part about prepping for classes is putting together awesome playlists and sharing another one of her passions as she guides students through breath and movement.
