Just in time for Valentines Day, artisan chocolate maker and owner of SRSLY Chocolate, Bob Williamson returns to the workshop to teach us how to make real chocolate from scratch! In this bean to bar class he will share his expertise and show us the step by step processes of making chocolate. Best of all, you will get to take your own hand crafted chocolate bar with you!
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register for and attend this class. Class includes a take-home chocolate bar.
