ABOUT CHICKAMAW FARM & RANCH
Chickamaw Farm is the only Demeter Biodynamic Certified farm in Texas, meeting a standard of agricultural production and processing comprised of organic requirements as well as requirements for pest and weed control, water conservation, and biodiversity. Their farming method bolsters the farm’s naturally-occurring systems. As a result their beef is nutrient-dense and has better color, flavor, and shelf-life. They also raise blueberries!
