Hatha Flow Yoga in the Hangar w/ Lisa Loring

All levels are welcome for this 60 minute class. We’ll move through an artful sequence of postures, with challenging core work, compassionate hands-on assists, and emphasis on breath and body awareness to regulate the nervous system and deepen connection to self. Bring your own yoga mat. A towel or blanket for padding is recommended, as well as a yoga block if you have one. $10 suggested donation. 

Lisa Loring (E-RYT 200) holds certifications in two yoga traditions; Embodyoga and Forrest Yoga. Embodyoga uses traditional vinyasa flow techniques to cultivate both strength and fluid movement. These same principals are at the heart of Forrest Yoga, an externally and internally focused practice that emphasizes the breath and then uses this focus to help you learn to balance your work with the ease of the breath. Lisa is also an instructor for an upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Immersion & Training with The Art of Yoga School, & you can find her at Black Lagoon for one of many weekly public yoga class offerings.
