All levels are welcome for this 60 minute class. We’ll move through an artful sequence of postures, with challenging core work, compassionate hands-on assists, and emphasis on breath and body awareness to regulate the nervous system and deepen connection to self. Bring your own yoga mat. A towel or blanket for padding is recommended, as well as a yoga block if you have one. $10 suggested donation.
