Join local food writer and personal chef Maggie C. Perkins, of Notes From Maggie’s Farm, in the Chef’s Demo tent in the center of the market on Sunday, from 11AM-1PM, at the Mueller Farmers’ Market. She will be sharing her love of Creole food and of the region which defines her culinary experience, South Louisiana. As she weaves the stories of kitchen culture found on her personal blog, Maggie will prepare a traditional Cajun/Creole dish from the fresh-from-the-Gulf bounty of market vendor K&S Seafood.
