We hope farmers’ market friends and supporters with daytime flexibility might join Texas Farmers’ Market and Bernhardt’s Farm in rebuilding their farm infrastructure. Projects do not require skill or experience. We will be helping them with the last of the high fence repair, flood cleanup in the field and planting to get them re-started with summer crops.

Since the heat is on, we decided it would be best to start at 9am and work until lunch time, which will be provided by the market and the Bernhardt’s. It will include pulled pork tacos with Donna’s fresh salsas, sour cream and all the fixins. Iced tea and water will be available for drinks.

Please wear work clothes (long pants and boots) and bring sunscreen, hats and waterbottles!
