The Austin Fermentation Festival is a free educational event that celebrates all things fermented in Central Texas and will run from 10am – 4pm at Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller.

Join us for a day filled with workshops focused on fermented foods, an expanded farmers’ market w/ a focus on fermented products, specialty dishes from local chefs that feature fermented ingredients, live music and a silent auction with prizes from wonderful local businesses!

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Texas Farmers’ Market Ag Producer Support Fund, which offers financial assistance to TFM farmers and ranchers in times of environmental, personal or other crisis. If you have any questions about the Austin Fermentation Festival please contact Nora Chovanec here.
