*Silent Auction featuring wonderful local businesses
*Doors 11am, festival programming starts at 11:15am and runs until 4pm

The Austin Fermentation Festival is a free educational event that celebrates all things fermented in Central Texas and will run from 11am – 4pm at the Austin Central Library and Seaholm EcoDistrict lawn ( 710 W Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701). Proceeds from this event will benefit the Texas Farmers’ Market Ag Producer Support Fund, which offers financial assistance to TFM farmers and ranchers in times of environmental, personal or other crisis.
