Annual Renewals 2022-23

The 2021-22 market year was a big one! TFM was so proud to be able to continue to grow amidst the ongoing pandemic – including managing a huge move for our Sunday market! We’re looking forward to another year of continued growth and success with our incredible vendors!

We hope that you decide to continue with Texas Farmers’ Markets. In order to do so, you must complete all 5 steps listed below, no later than April 1, 2022. Please contact Jesse Jones at operations@texasfarmersmarket.org immediately with any questions or concerns.

1. Pay your annual membership invoice on or before April 1st via the Quickbooks invoice in your email for bank EFT payments or via credit card by clicking the button below:

2. Fill out an updated application form found here. If you are an ag producer, fill out this applicationIf you have any questions about your application, please contact our Executive Director. Do NOT pay the $25/$75 new vendor application fee

3. Please email Liz a copy of your current business liability COI. The form we need on file looks like this: Mueller Form; Lakeline Form. Vendors will need to submit a COI for each market location they attend. The policy should include coverage for up to $1 million and have our respective market locations listed as additional insured with the exact text below:

4. Carefully review the updated market rules.

5. Sign the Testimony & Hold Harmless form for the 2022-23 market year. Signing this in the past is not sufficient, as this form indicates knowledge of and compliance with the revised rules.
