Annual Renewals 2019-20

Thank you TFM vendors for signing on to another great year with us! Please complete each of the following steps before April 1.

1. Pay your annual membership invoice on or before April 1 via the Quickbooks invoice in your email for bank EFT payments or via the following two buttons below to pay with a credit card. You may pay via check or cash at market as well.

2. Fill out the appropriate application form found here. If you have any questions about your vendor category, please reference a past invoice for the category of the line item listed there or contact Kate. DO NOT pay the $25/$75 new vendor application fee again.

3. Please email Katie a copy of your current business liability COI. The form we need on file looks like this. The policy should include coverage for up to $1million and have our respective markets listed as additional insured with the exact text below:

4. Carefully review the market rules.

5. Sign the hold harmless form acknowledging you have reviewed the market rules.
