The fifth annual Austin Fermentation Festival on October 21, 2018 featured 13 fermentation workshops hosted by national chefs and artisans, a silent auction, fermented food and drink, artisan vendors, live music, and a lot of fermentation fervor! We raised more than $15,000 for Central Texas farmers and ranchers.
