Healthy Living Vendor Application

Healthy Living Vendors are those who do not sell physical products. This category is for fitness, wellness and other vendor types that do not fit within the traditional boundaries of the other vendor categories. This is not a common vendor type, please check with Executive Director before applying under this category.

-Examples: workout and fitness-based businesses, chiropractic care, nutritionist services

• NEW VENDORS: A $75 application fee is required in order to process any new vendor applications. Pay the fee here. Must be paid before TFM will consider your application or discuss details surrounding your application. No refunds issued. Paying this fee does not guarantee admission to the market(s).
• Texas Farmers’ Markets are year round, rain or shine markets. Healthy Living vendors are not bound to attendance rules stated in the market rules by paying the $75 rate per visit, but if a Healthy Living vendor chooses to pay the association fee and attend 40 out of 50 market days, that vendor will receive a discounted rate of $65 per visit. If attendance is not met, the vendor will forfeit the discounted weekly fee and will not receive a refund for the association fee paid.
