The fourth annual Austin Fermentation Festival on October 22, 2017 featured keynote speaker Sandor Katz, 12 fermentation workshops hosted by national chefs and artisans, a film screening of Fermented, silent auction, a community culture swap, fermented food and drink, artisan vendors, live music, and a lot of fermentation fervor!
