2018 AFF Workshops

Apply to be a 2018 Austin Fermentation Festival workshop leader! We have four different styles of workshop spaces this year and they each hold different numbers of attendees. There will be no hands-on workshops this year, but all workshops will have the capabilities to pass out samples. The different types of workshops are as such:

•  The main event space has a stage with a projector for a powerpoint presentation and can hold 350 people seated. 
• Our chef demonstration workshop area has an on-site kitchen cart with tv projectors and has built-in seating for 80.
• Our gallery space will be for someone simply speaking with no visuals or demo and it holds 100 people. 
• Intimate presenter round-tables that are less of a presentation format and more for people to sit and have a conversation and ask questions with an expert. We are assuming it will be around 20-30 people This was something that we witnesses at the Santa Barbara Fermentation Festival that we thought would be really cool to bring to Austin.
