The 2017 Austin Fermentation Festival is amping up fundraising efforts for the Texas Farmers’ Market Farmer and Rancher Emergency Fund. The 4th annual festival will be held on October 22 from 10am-4:30pm at Barr Mansion with keynote speaker Sandor Katz.

This year’s plans include a more robust festival program, a 16-page, 8.5 x 11″ color booklet that will include recipes, articles, info on the festival itself and advertising. Festival attendees will all receive these enhanced programs, additionally programs will be available at our farmers’ markets two weeks leading up to the festival.
