Farmers’ Market Peach Salsa

MARKET Ingredients: 

  • 3 pounds peaches, diced (@LightseyFarms)

  • 3 Jimmy Nardello peppers, diced (@HotSpellFarm)

  • 1 onion, diced (any color) (@MunkeboFarms)

  • 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped (@Simple_Promise_Farms)

Other Ingredients:

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Add all chopped produce to a large bowl and add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

  2. Serve – there are endless possibilities! Our favorites are as a dip for tortilla chips or crackers, on top of whipped ricotta, or as a taco topping.
