Cinnamon Pecan Crunch

MARKET Ingredients:
5-6 Honey Graham crackers (@TheSourdoughProject)
1 cup raw pecans (@YeguaCreek)
1 cup Maple Pecan Greek Yogurt (@MotherCultureSA)
2 TBL honey (@AustinWildflowerHoney)
Other Ingredients:
2 Tbl olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt
Directions:
Place the graham crackers and pecans in a plastic bag. Using the back of a spoon, crush them until you have a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add the crumble mixture and spread it into an even layer. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Stir once, then let the mixture sit undisturbed for 5–7 minutes to caramelize.
When the nuts are toasted and fragrant, give the mixture one more stir. Turn off the heat and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, serve over thick Greek yogurt (we recommend Maple Pecan @MotherCultureSA) or enjoy it on its own as morning cereal!
