Yogurt Dressing

2 cups yogurt
1/2 olive oil
fresh herbs or or tops of your favorite root vegetables: radishes and carrots work beautifully
dried texas chili
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together, add turmeric at the end for color and balance. Makes a wonderful and easy meat marinade as well as a great salad dressing.
