Please join us between 10am – 1pm for a pig roasting demo from Chef Carlos of Red Wattle to learn how to roast a pig with whatever equipment or technology you have. Chef Carlos will be offering samples of a whole roasted pig from Smith & Smith Farms, one of our vendors and a local source of pasture-raised pork for the holiday season!
