Easy Tiger and Barton Springs Mill will be teaming up this Sunday to help us celebrate the day, selling whole King Cakes (made with Pain au Lait dough, filled with a rich cinnamon sugar filling and sprinkled with festive sanding sugar) and Barton Springs Mill flour (to make your own cake at home!).

Plus, Easy Tiger will be giving away two free king cakes in a “Find the Tiger” SCAVENGER HUNT! Want to participate? Check in at the Mardi Gras tent and then visit different vendor booths to find the hidden Easy Tiger Mardi Gras beads. The first two people to find the beads win!
