Elly’s Sweet Shop working in conjunction with the Texas Farmer’s Market at Mueller brings this fun workshop to the Wednesday night Mueller Farmer’s Market! What you will receive:
2 different buttercream recipes
*4 delicious vanilla bean cupcakes you get to decorate and take home
1 fondant recipe pre-colored fondant to create your own figurines to take home

What you’ll learn:
Basic buttercream piping nozzle tutorial
Learn how to create a variety of flowers with buttercream
Learn the dos and don’ts of fondant
Fondant tool tutorial and troubleshooting
Create simple figurines with fondant using the proper tools

This class will be taking place during the Farmer’s Market from 6-7:30pm. There are very limited spaces available for this workshop so book soon!
