Before a rancher is welcomed into the market, our team performs an inspection to ensure that the farm meets our definition of sustainable. For meat production, that includes a series of strict guidelines including pasture-based rotational grazing, never administering growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics and treating all animals humanely in life.
