Vendor Spotlight: Luv Fats

Luv Fats Ice Cream started as a birthday treat made by Chi Ndika, creator and maker of Luv Fats, for her mom, who had acquired a dairy allergy. The venture has since turned into a woman-owned and Black-owned business making small batch dairy-free ice cream made with coconut milk, avocados, raw cane sugar, and lots of luv! Chi also makes an effort to source from local vendors and makers in Austin as much as possible, resulting in unique and tasty collabs with other TFM vendors – like Sourdough Toast and Peach Jam Ice Cream, using Casper Fermentables sourdough and local peaches.
