Vendor Spotlight: Julie Myrtille Bakery

Parisian Julie Myrtille is an award-winning pastry chef who arrived in Austin in 2016 to share with Texans her love of French pâtisserie. The chef’s eponymous bakery has become known for many locally-sourced creations, including favorites such as brioche with duck eggs, preserves, tartelettes, canelés, madeleines, quiches and many others. In addition, on her award-winning blog, Julie offers step-by-step recipes and has helped hundreds of people to succeed in their vocational qualification to become pastry chefs in France.
