Vendor Spotlight: Elotes La Tejanita

Elotes La Tejanita combines freshly grilled sweet corn with local and scratch-made ingredients to bring the community elotes enteros and esquites. They offer their traditional style Mexican elote, a plant-based/vegan prepared corn, and seasonal specials featuring culturally diverse recipes and ingredients from other farmers‘ market vendors. They love every ingredient that goes into their elotes and care greatly about supporting local farmers.
