Sweet & Savory Sourdough Pizzas

Market Ingredients: 

Savory Pizza Ingredients:

  • Garlic & Herb or Plain Sourdough Pizza Dough / Crusts (Yellow Pumpkin Bakery)

  • Cracked Black Pepper Chèvre (Pure Luck Goat Dairy)

  • Chipotle or Garlic Sunflower Pesto (Florelli)

  • 3 bunches Castel Franco radicchio, chopped (Hot Spell Farms)

Savory Pizza Directions:

  1. Lightly sauté the chopped radicchio in olive oil until just softened.

  2. Spread 4 tablespoons of sunflower pesto evenly across a pre-baked sourdough pizza crust.

  3. Top with the sautéed radicchio and add cheese of your choice if desired.

Sweet Pizza Ingredients:

  • Plain Sourdough Pizza Dough / Crusts (Yellow Pumpkin Bakery)

  • Cracked Black Pepper Chèvre (Pure Luck Goat Dairy)

  • 2 pints strawberries

  • 2 tsp honey

Sweet Pizza Directions:

  1. Wash, stem, and slice the strawberries. Cook over medium heat with honey and a pinch of salt until the mixture thickens. Mash gently with a wooden spoon or potato masher as it cooks. Set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Spread about ¼ cup goat cheese across a plain sourdough pizza crust. Top with the cooked strawberries and serve.
