MARKET Ingredients:
1 package fresh short-cut pasta (@papaspastaco_)
8 figs, chopped (@LightseyFarm)
1/2 pound Oyster mushrooms, chopped (@HiFiMycology)
1 Tbl chopped chives (@BouldinFoodForest)
Other Ingredients:
1 tablespoon capers, drained
3 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
Black pepper
Directions:
Cook fresh pasta following package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a sauté pan heat olive oil, then lightly sauté the figs, mushrooms and chives.
Toss into cooked pasta. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss thoroughly.
Serve (can be served hot or cold).
