OroBianco Italian Creamery owns and operates the first and only water buffalo dairy and creamery in the state of Texas. They make a fantastic gelato made with water buffalo milk (sourced from the farm where they purchased their first water buffalo), local cow milk and cream, and other locally sourced and made-in-house ingredients. OroBianco strives to produce the finest gelato in Texas while being diligent stewards of land and livestock.
Never using mixes, they use real fruit from local Texas farms, nut butters that they make from raw nuts in-house, herbs that they grow themselves and eggs from chickens they raise in Dripping Springs, Texas.
