Texas Farmers’ Market at Domain will not be continuing through the fall. The last market date was August 16, 2015. TFM Domain’s launch in May of this year proved to be a difficult time for farmers as many were negatively impacted if not devastated by the rains. A slow spring and typical Texas summer has not allowed many of our farmers to expand into another market as planned. We are committed to running markets with a strong foundation of farmer and producer vendors and look forward to continuing our existing markets at Lakeline and Mueller, which collectively average more than 7,000 shoppers each weekend.
Texas Farmers’ Market is currently in discussions with Simon at the Domain about potentially resuming the market in April of 2016.
Texas Farmers’ Markets at Lakeline & Mueller are organized under F2M Texas, a 501(c)4 non-profit corporation that provides Central Texas farmers and ranchers beneficial, direct-marketing opportunities and provides Central Texans a wide variety of locally-produced foods in convenient locations. F2M Texas also educates the public about nutritional, economic, environmental, and social implications of eating seasonally and locally.
Texas Farmers’ Market at Lakeline runs every Saturday from 9a-1p in the Lakeline Mall parking lot (between Sears and Dillards). Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller runs every Sunday from 10a-2p under the Browning Hangar or lakeside next to Mueller Central.
