Some of our vendors wanted to share what they’re bringing to market on Saturday:

Two Happy Children Farm will have spring carrots, spinach, swiss chard, kale and turnips. Our squash is starting to have a very baby squash and cucumbers won’t be long. We’re very sorry for the tough winter this year and we know how our customers are ready for more vegetables; we are trying the hardest to get the vegetables to the market as soon as possible.

Flintrock Hill Farms will have their famous hot-house tomatoes, English cucumbers, spinach and lettuce.

Yummy Farms will have onions, arugula, baby bok choy and fresh farm eggs

Bernhardt’s Farm will have celery, strawberries and spring onions as well as kale, chard, spicy salad mix, spinach.

Hairston Creek Farm will have asparagus, strawberries, green garlic, lettuce, spring onions, kale.

Organicare Farms will have EGGS, EGGS, and more EGGS. The girls are in full production right now. Easter is 2 weeks away and we recommend you purchase your eggs this weekend so they will be easier to peel when ready to dye them for Easter egg hunting or making deviled eggs for your Easter meal. We will also have an example of dyed brown eggs.

Kiskadee Chocolates will have drinking chocolate and brewing cacao, two rich, chocolaty drinks that are fantastic either hot or cold. Our bean-to-bar chocolate will include cinnamon/cayenne, 60% dark, 85% dark, sea salt/almond, pistachio/dried cherry, and cacao nib. Other chocolate goodies include chocolate dipped truffles, chocolate salami, and a chocolate/hazelnut spread.

Dos Lunas will have raw artisan cheeses aged 60 days

Mom & Pops will bring you their delicious all natural frozen pops

Prickly Pair Farm will be bringing orange, white and pink snapdragons, anemones, ranunculus, purple & white and black cherry dianthus, and delphiniums
Assured Sharp will be set up early to receive your cutlery. Bring your knives wrapped in a towel to us first, and then shop your favorite vendors. Your knives will be assured sharp when you leave. We will also be collecting yard tools for reconditioning. Your kitchen and yard work made easier by Assured Sharp. Affordable and convenient!

Daily Greens Juice will have their Renew, Vitality, Purity, Rejuvenate juices

Kitchen Pride Mushrooms will bring shiitakes, white button, portabellas, baby bellas and oysters

DSCF1675Cow Cow Burgers are made with a Hawaiian flare! We use local Texas beef from Winters Family Beef in Brady, then mix in our Hawaiian family marinade and fire grill the patties to serve them on a buttered and lightly toasted bun from Swedish Hill bakery. Come try one Saturday, Aloha.

Sunniejane’s Shortbread will bring lots of pecan pie shortbread, toffee, chocolate espresso, chocolate mint, snicker doodle, peanut caramel, lime, along with coconut chocolate shortbread bars and apple pie shortbread bars. We will have iced shortbread bunnies and plain shortbread sugar cookies.

Lone Star Nursery is pleased to bring organic transplants of tomatoes, squash, chard, arugula, cucumber, basil, milkweed, bluebonnets, and more! Get that garden started!
